The present invention relates to a detachable handle for a cooking container, which is coupled to various cooking containers to be detached by a simple operation and is stably coupled to a cooking container. The detachable handle for a cooking container comprises: a body part (10) comprising a lower body (12) which has a stepped side (12′) formed on the front end to touch the outer surface of a cooking container (50) and an upper body (11) which has a receiving groove (14) formed on the front and is coupled to the lower body (12); a sliding part (20) comprising a sliding plate (21) which has a detachable piece (22) formed on the front end to touch the inner surface of the cooking container (50) and is mounted on the lower body (12) to be slid longitudinally, a spring which is mounted on the lower body (12), is coupled to a combining protrusion (24) formed on the front end of the sliding plate (21) and elastically supports the sliding plate (21), and a bushing (26) which is mounted to be rotated on the top of the rear end of the sliding plate (21) and has a top side formed into a hemispherical shape; and a cylindrical operation lever (30) which is mounted to be rotated around the longitudinal axis of the body part (10) on the receiving groove (14) formed on the upper body (11), has a longitudinal cam-shaped part (31′) where the bushing (26) of the sliding part (20) is contained, and allows the sliding plate (21) to move back and forth by the bushing (26) moving along the cam-shaped part (31′) when the operation lever (30) is rotated left and right while a user holds the body part (10). |
