Disclosed are bispecific antibodies that specifically bind B-cell Activating Factor of the TNF Family (BAFF) and Interleukin-17A (IL-17), wherein the antibodies comprise two first polypeptides and two second polypeptides wherein the amino acid sequence of the first polypeptide is SEQ ID NO:1 and the amino acid sequence of the second polypeptide is SEQ ID NO:2 (as defined in the specification). Also provided are nucleic acids which encode such antibodies and the use of such antibodies in the manufacture of a medicament for treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Lupus Nephritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriatic Arthritis, primary Sjögren’s syndrome, or Multiple Myeloma. |
