An artificial heart-lung apparatus (100) connectable to a patient (P) and for sending removed blood into a human body using a roller pump (120), said apparatus (100) being provided with: the roller pump (120); a removed blood line (101) for transporting removed blood toward the roller pump (120); a first blood sending line (104) for transporting blood sent from the roller pump (120) toward a human body; a removed blood flow rate sensor (111) provided on the removed blood line (101); and a control unit (140). The control unit (140) controls the flow rate of blood sent by the roller pump (120) so as to fall within a specific range with respect to the flow rate of removed blood measured by the removed blood flow rate sensor (111).
