The trimmer has a coupling unit arranged near a front end of an elongated tubular body (2) for coupling a cutting block (3) to the body in a removable manner. An electrical connection tab (14) is arranged near a rear end of the body for coupling a suction block (4) to the body in a removable manner. The suction block establishes depression inside the body in a storage zone (R) comprised between the blocks. The tubular body and/or the cutting block define a front suction slot communicating with the storage zone.
