The present invention comprises: a cylindrical case main body 10, and a connecting ring body 20 that is fitted and fixed to one end of the case main body 10 and that has an annular groove 21 which opens in the centrifugal direction. Notches 22 that open toward the opposite side of the other end of the case main body 10 are formed in the connecting ring body 20, and a reinforcing body 30 is fitted into the notches 22 of the connecting ring body 20. An arc-shaped groove 31, which communicates with the annular groove 21 of the connecting ring body 20 in a state in which the reinforcing body 30 is fitted into the notches 22 of the connecting ring body 20, is formed in the reinforcing body 30. In addition to achieving high rigidity, the present invention also enables reductions in weight and manufacturing costs.
