Disclosed in the present invention are a virtual network adjusting method and system, wherein the method comprises: presetting thresholds for the performance parameters/indexes of a VN (Virtual Network); obtaining values of the performance parameters/indexes of the VN; when the values of the performance parameters/indexes reach the preset thresholds, triggering associated network entities in the VN to send to a VN service development system an adjustment request for adjusting the performance parameters/indexes of the virtual network VN; and the VN service development system authenticating the adjustment request and sending, upon successful authentication of the adjustment request, the determined adjustment values of the performance parameters/indexes to associated adjustment equipment for adjustment. The present invention solves the problem in related technologies that there are long delay and complex adjustment steps when the indexes and/or parameters of the virtual network are adjusted, increases the response speed of adjustment for the indexes and/or parameters of the virtual network, and can improve the efficiency in providing services, bring convenience to users and meet dynamic demands of users. |
