A foamed fabric printing compsn. is prepd. by foaming the fabric printing compsn. of a liq. medium, a coloring agent, and a foaming agent, with an inert gas, where the amt. ratio of the gas to the compsn. is 10:1 or less. The foamed compsn. has a foam density of 0.1-0.75gm/cc, and an antifoaming agent is added to the foamed compsn. during the foaming stage to prevent continuous foam growth.
