The present invention relates to a transaction relay apparatus and a transaction relay method. The present invention comprises: a product information management unit for storing and managing product information for one or more products; a relation information management unit for storing and managing relation information on a relation between users; a purchase processing unit for performing a payment procedure for a predetermined product at a payment amount discounted from a preconfigured order amount only in a case where a first user terminal agrees to distribute purchase information on the predetermined product to a shopping friend when the product information management unit receives, from the first user terminal, a purchase request for the predetermined product in which product information is stored; and a purchase information distribution unit for identifying a second user, who is a shopping friend of the first user corresponding to the first user terminal, in the relation information when the first user terminal has agreed to distribute the purchase information on the predetermined product to the shopping friend, and distributing the purchase information on the predetermined product of the first user to a second user terminal corresponding to the second user. The present invention as described above can provide purchase information of a user to a shopping friend of the user, thereby inducing an additional purchase. |
