A device to improve flow efficiency using a pressure load feedback and an inner electromagnetic field, according to the present invention, comprises: an inlet pipe part which allows fluid pressed from a pump to flow thereinto; a flow pipe part which is connected to the inlet pipe part and allows the fluid flowing from the inlet pipe part to be switched and flow therein; a flow stagnation part which is connected to the inlet pipe part and is located in a place facing the flow pipe part; an expansion pipe part which is extended from the flow pipe part and has a bigger cross sectional area than the flow pipe part; a vortex flow generator which is located inside the expansion pipe part, receives a magnet therein, and generates a vortex flow inside the expansion pipe part through rotation; an outlet pipe part which is connected to the expansion pipe part and discharges the fluid passing through the expansion pipe part to the outside; and a back orifice which feeds the fluid back to the inlet pipe part in the case the pressure of the flow stagnation part rises by connecting the flow stagnation part to the inlet pipe part.
