The present invention relates to a payoff reel device and a coiling method using the same. According to a proper embodiment of the present invention, the payoff reel device comprises: a device frame; a winding means which is installed on the device frame, and winds or unwinds a target material using a cylinder member as a medium; and a detection unit provided between the cylinder member and the winding means to determine whether a winding or an unwinding condition of the target material is normal or abnormal. |
