A device to supply draft beer having a cleaning function is disclosed. The present invention comprises: a cylindrical main body which has a drink inlet for allowing beer supplied from a beer barrel to flow thereinto; a drink outlet which is formed in the cylindrical main body and discharges the beer flowing into the cylindrical main body to the outside; and a cleaning device which is installed in the cylindrical main body and supplies cleaning water to the cylindrical main body. According to the present invention, the device to supply draft beer having a cleaning function effectively removes beer stones formed in a draft beer drawing device and a pipe of the draft beer drawing device, and performs sterilization and cleaning management in the draft beer drawing device and the pipe of the draft beer drawing device using micro-bubbled carbonated water.
