The present invention relates to a scintillator panel, and a method of manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a scintillator panel comprises: a panel, a scintillator layer formed on one side of the panel to convert radiation into light of a predetermined wavelength band; a first dam structure which adheres to one side of the panel to surround an outer periphery of the scintillator layer; a first protection layer formed to cover the scintillator layer, and a predetermined part of the first dam structure; a reflection layer stacked on the first protection layer; and a first anti-moisture unit which fills a space between a reflection layer and the first dam structure, covering a predetermined part of the first dam structure. A method of manufacturing the scintillator panel in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of forming a scintillator layer on one side of the panel; a step of adhering the first dam structure on the one side of the panel to surround the outer periphery of the scintillator layer; a step of forming the first protection layer to cover the scintillator layer and the predetermined part of the first dam structure; a step of stacking the reflection layer on the first protection layer; and a step of forming the first anti-moisture unit to fill the space between the reflection layer and the first dam structure, covering the predetermined part of the first dam structure.
