The present invention relates to a net yarn setting tool which forms a ring-shaped sample used for an elasticity test for a net yarn by winding a paper sheet one time around an outer circumferential surface of a circular pipe or a circular bar; attaching the paper sheet to the circular pipe or circular bar using a tape; winding the net yarn in a circular shape around a surface of the paper sheet by a few times to a few tens of times; and attaching each of the net yarn using an adhesive. In particular, the circular pipe or the circular bar is divided into two body units which have handles on both sides and is able to be disassembled or assembled, or a circular bar shape being able to be made by radially arranging 2-4 setting frames with fan shape cross-sections with a predetermined spacing from each other around a bar-shaped center frame having a handle on a rear end thereof. Both end portions of each of the setting frames are inserted into a front end installation/removal cap and a rear end fixing cap of a center frame. According to the net yarn setting tool to form samples for the elasticity test in accordance with the present invention, a ring-type sample is able to quickly and easily be obtained without disrupting an arrangement of the net yarn by removing one side body unit from an inner portion of the paper sheet around which the net yarn sample is wound; and ejecting the removed portion outside, or releasing an attachment state between the setting frame and the paper sheet by decreasing a circumferential length of each of the setting frames while ejecting the center frame having removed installation/removal cap to the outside.
