<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game hall system that prevents some of objects from being advertised for an extremely short time or only infrequently even if the number of objects to be advertised increases. <P>SOLUTION: An external server adds advertisement time of a store to be advertised continuously at one time (A6), and issues an error (A9) if the total time exceeds predetermined time (A8: NO).
