According to one embodiment of the present invention, a conductive film is used for a touch panel. The conductive film includes: a base member defining a sensor area and an ineffective area; a sensor electrode formed in the sensor area and the ineffective area on the base member and including an electric conductor made of nanomaterials forming a network structure; an over coating layer covering the sensor electrode in the sensor area and the ineffective area; and a wiring electrode formed in the ineffective area on the over coating layer and including a pad unit electrically connected to the sensor electrode and a wiring unit connected to the pad unit. A first portion located between the sensor electrode and the wiring electrode on the over coating layer includes a groove part including at least one from a penetration part penetrating the over coating layer and a thin film part thinner than other parts. |
