An RFID-hased pre-sales/after-sales information collection and analysis system for retail. The system includes an RFID tag 4 adhered to each product collecting data such as frequency and residence or length of customer selection, antennas 3 in shop counters or booths, or mobile customised device to communicate with the tag and cloud server, a radio frequency remote control unit 5 to operate machinery or devices to finish operations, and a cloud server 1 to analyse the collected data and provide retailers with information about preference and attention paid by a consumer during purchase. According to the present invention, a radio signal is applied to connect a plurality of antennas 3 on a host of the RF module 5; in this way, the cost of a plurality of RF modules 5 can be reduced into a single module, so as to realize the efficiency of a plurality of devices, thus reducing the costs of retail stores and various product marketing persons for purchasing and managing devices, and being capable of realizing the same functions. |
