The present invention relates to a system for providing an examination service, a server thereof and a method thereof. The system comprises: a plurality of applicant terminals which display an explanation file; and an examination service providing server which generates explanation screen information and transmits the generated information to the applicant terminals. Therefore, the system allows an applicant to have an examination at a desired time band to evaluate achievements.
