The present invention relates to a balance board comprising: a platform; a shaft extended downward as one end is attached to a lower surface of the platform; pivot members combined between one end and the other end of the shaft to allow the shaft to pivot in a horizontal direction including at least one among right and left directions, front and rear directions, or any diagonal direction of the platform; a spring device for controlling pivot movement strength and shock absorbing of the shaft while adjusting a distance between the pivot members in at least of the upper parts and the lower parts of the pivot members; a spring device control unit for vertically moving, supporting, or fixing the spring device; an adjustable support assembly housing including a fixing unit for supporting the pivot members at a distance away from a bottom surface so as to allow the pivot members to pivot in a space; and a bottom plate or a separate bottom plate wherein the lower part of the adjustable support assembly housing is expanded so as to stably support the adjustable support assembly housing in a bottom surface. |
