<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium oxide coating liquid which exhibits both flowability and quick dryability of degrees usable for a coating method having a fast coating rate such as the gravure coating method, is a temporally stable, and can form a photocatalyst coating film capable of exhibiting excellent adhesivity over a long period by coating and drying. <P>SOLUTION: The titanium oxide coating liquid contains at least (A) a titanium oxide particle, (B) peroxotitanic acid as a binder component, (C) a chelating agent, which is preferably a 3-6C diketone, diol, triol or tetraol, (D) water, and (E) an alcohol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
