In the present invention, an elastic member applied to a linear vibration motor is disclosed. The linear vibration motor applying the elastic member comprises: a vibrator including a magnet; a stator including a coil; and an elastic member arranged between the stator and the vibrator, and supporting the vibrator. The elastic member includes: an upper unit having an inner diameter unit; and a lower unit connected by a plurality of elastic legs having a size gradually increased from the upper unit in radial. The upper unit is extended along an inner diameter of the inner diameter unit, and is formed to be protruded in an outgoing direction of a coil outgoing line to include at least two openings for avoiding which prevents a contact with the coil outgoing line.
