The present disclosure relates to a vane-type rotary vacuum pump comprising a drive motor (1, 17) interacting with a vane-pump vacuum chamber (2), in which pump all the pump surfaces that are visible from the top are arranged in such a way that they have no elements likely to retain liquids or solids.
