The purpose of the present application is to provide a cutting device that is capable of both cutting an object to be cut and forming perforations stably and relatively easily, requires smaller space than before, and can be easily maintained. An outer circumferential surface (2a) of a cutter roller (2) is equipped with: cutting blades (10, 11) which are formed so as to generally continuously extend in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface (2a); and perforation blades (20-23) which are formed so as to generally extend in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface (2a) and cut into the object to be cut (5) at a predetermined interval, thereby forming perforations. |
