Provided is a marker for diagnosing neurodegenerative disease, comprising one or more TAR-binding protein of 43kDa (TDP-43) missense mutants composed of sequence number 1 to 3. In addition, provided is a method for diagnosing neurodegenerative disease, which comprises the following steps: (i) obtaining a sample from a clinical specimen; and (ii) checking out the expression of one or more TDP-43 missense mutants composed of sequence number 1 to 3. According to the present invention, it is possible to precisely diagnose neurodegenerative disease and likelihood of developing the disease. |
