The present invention relates to a sterile culturing vessel for a plant tissue culture, a sterile culturing system, and an sterile culturing apparatus for domestic use including the same. Provided is the sterile culturing vessel for plant tissue culture, which comprises: a vessel body (10) receiving a culture solution and a plant tissue culture; an air inlet (20) formed on the lower lateral side of the vessel body (10), and through which sterilized air is introduced; a backflow prevention valve (30) passing the air introduced through the air inlet (20), and preventing the culture solution put inside the vessel body (10) from leaking; a perforated sparger (40) protruding from the inner bottom side of the vessel body (10) in a hemispherical shape, supplying the air introduced through the air inlet (20) to the plant tissue culture by spraying, and mixing the culture solution with the plant tissue culture; a top cover (50) covering the vessel body (10); and a gas outlet (60) protruding from the top side of the top cover (50) to discharge gas generated inside the vessel body (10) to the outside. Also, provided is the sterile culturing apparatus for domestic use including the sterile culturing vessel for a plant tissue culture. |
