The present invention relates to nano-fiber and a manufacture method thereof, and more specifically, to nano-fiber which contains a polymer of a high concentration at a temperature higher than a room temperature which is a conventional electrospinning temperature and leaves a small amount of residual solvent, and a manufacture method thereof. Also, the manufacture method of nano-fiber comprises: an overflow system to recycle a spinning solution which has failed to become nano-fiber; and a temperature control device to maintain the viscosity of the spinning solution which is electrospun instead of maintaining the concentration of the spinning solution. Accordingly, a diluent is not used. |
