Provided is a flooring material having a structure where a back layer, a base layer, and a printed layer are stacked wherein the base layer comprises a thermoplastic resin, an organic fiber, and a plasticizer; and the organic fiber has orientation. Provided is a method to manufacture the flooring material comprising a step of stacking the base layer and the printed layer on an upper portion of the back layer, wherein a base layer forming step comprises: a step of mixing the liquid plasticizer and the thermoplastic resin to form a first mixture; and a step of mixing and combining the organic fiber to the first mixture to form a second mixture, and thermally compress the second mixture. |
