The present invention relates to an actuator driving apparatus for providing an input voltage waveform with a high frequency and a low frequency, and an apparatus and a method of generating haptic feedback using the same. The actuator driving apparatus for providing the input voltage waveform to an actuator comprises: a constant voltage supplying unit for outputting a constant voltage; a signal generation unit for receiving feedback data needed for driving the actuator and forming a first waveform which corresponds to the feedback data and has a second frequency; a voltage tracking unit for forming the modified first waveform including energy according as the constant voltage outputted from the constant voltage supplying unit and the first waveform formed by the signal generation unit are provided; a power oscillator for generating an input waveform with a first frequency based on the modified first waveform outputted from the voltage tracking unit, wherein amplitude of the input waveform alters according to a time; and an amplifying unit for generating the input voltage waveform by amplifying the input waveform outputted from the power oscillator to a voltage for driving the actuator.
