The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising ribonucleic acid and an extract of Magnolia sieboldii K.koch. The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition inhibiting an activity of ribonuclease (RNase) promoting the decomposition of ribonucleic acid by comprising the extract of Magnolia sieboldii K.koch with the ribonucleic acid. According to the present invention, stability of micro-ribonucleic acid has excellent anti-aging activity and whitening activity in a formation containing the extract of Magnolia sieboldii K.koch to maximize the effect of the micro-ribonucleic acid. The extract of Magnolia sieboldii K.koch. of the present invention is effectively used in preservation of ribonucleic acid in cosmetics including the ribonucleic acid such as micro-ribonucleic acid.
