The present invention relates to an automatic measuring system for a cell guide of a container. According to the present invention, the system can measure a distance between cell guides by moving a cell guide measuring device on the cell guide using a motor and rope, thereby improving measurement precision as well as reducing measurement time and preventing negligent accidents by improving working conditions. Moreover, the system can easily control a motion of the cell guide measuring device using one motor and does not require a costly laser sensor to measure the height of the cell guide measuring device, thereby reducing development costs.
