The present invention relates to a frying apparatus. The present invention is to provide the frying apparatus with an increased rate of oil ingredient collection. The frying apparatus comprises: a housing which has a front side space unit and a rear side space unit, divided by a vertical separation wall and formed to allow fluid to pass through the same, and has a door which can be opened and closed and is arranged on the front side; a frying oil tank which is arranged in a lower region of the front side space unit, and includes a heater and a frying basket therein; a filter member which is arranged in a lower region of the rear side space unit and filters smell, generated therein, and an oil ingredient; a fan which is located and fixated in the rear side space unit, is arranged in downstream of the filter member, and forcibly ventilates internal air in the housing to the outside; fire extinguishing equipment which is arranged in the rear side space unit, includes a fire extinguishing container for storing a fire extinguishing agent and a pipe in the length extended from the fire extinguishing container to the front side space unit, and sprays the fire extinguishing agent to the inside of the housing; and a baffle plate which is arranged in an upper region of the front side space unit to be inclined downwards to collect the oil ingredient from air which flows on the front side space unit and includes the oil ingredient. |
