The present invention relate to an image sensor and an electronic device including the same. The image sensor includes a semiconductor substrate where at least one light sensing device is integrated; a first transparent electrode which is located in the semiconductor substrate, and is doped with impurity; an organic photoelectric conversion layer which is located on one surface of the semiconductor substrate, and absorbs light of a different wavelength range from a detected wavelength in the light sensing device; and a second transparent electrode which is located on one surface of the organic photoelectric conversation layer.
