The present invention comprises: a first housing (100) having housing fastening flanges (106, 206) formed along the outer circumference of flow control coupling units (104, 204); a second housing (200); a flow control housing (300) having O-ring grooves (306) formed on left and right side surfaces between a coupling through-hole (302) and a fluid flow through-hole (304) and having a pipe fastening flange (310) formed along the outer circumference of a flow rate through-hole (308); and a packing sheet coupled to each introduction and discharge hole (102, 202) of the first housing (100) and the second housing (200) and having a slope (502). |
