The present invention relates to an optical fiber lighting device with a face illumination effect. The device comprises: an expression unit (1) capable of a face illumination effect; a transfer unit (2) configured to transfer a variety of colors to the expression unit (1); an LED light source control unit (3) made of an LED light source unit and a control unit; a waterproof exterior unit (4) made of an aluminum material; and a power supply unit which supplies power to the LED light source control unit (3). Therefore, the device maximizes visibility of lighting.
