PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifogging agent composition that can suppress solvent cracks as well as give good appearance of a cured coating film when the antifogging agent composition is applied and dried, and that has good coating property with a smooth surface of a coating film during application.SOLUTION: The antifogging agent composition comprises a hydrophilic resin (A), a surfactant (B), and a solvent (C). The solvent (C) comprises a solvent (c1) that is a monohydric alcohol having 3 to 5 carbon atoms and a solvent (c2) that is a glycol ether compound represented by formula (1) R-O-R-OH, in which with respect to 100 parts by mass of the solvent (C), the solvent (c1) is included by 30 to 90 parts by mass and the solvent (c2) is included by 5 to 60 parts by mass, in total of the solvent (c1) and the solvent (c2) being 50 to 100 parts by mass. In formula (1), Rrepresents an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and Rrepresents an alkylene group having 2 to 5 carbon atoms, with the total carbon atoms of Rand Rbeing 5 or more and 7 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
