Provided are a cut-off device and a sheet processing device that can minimize positional displacement of a sheet after cutting. A cut-off device in which a sheet (10) is successively cut along the sheet width direction Y in tandem with the rotation of a first knife cylinder (51) and a second knife cylinder (52), wherein first grip materials (51b), (51c) are provided on the upstream side and downstream side of a first knife (51a) on the outer peripheral surface of the first knife cylinder (51) and second grip materials (52b), (52c) are provided on the upstream side and downstream side of a second knife (52a) on the outer peripheral surface of the second knife cylinder (52); and, while successively cutting the sheet (10) along the sheet width direction Y, the cut-off device holds down sheets (10), (10a) via the first grip materials (51b), (51c) and the second grip materials (52b), (52c). |
