PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide graphene which can be used for an electric device, and allows lithium ions to transmit therethrough.SOLUTION: A preferable graphene has defects resulting from the combination of carbon atoms and oxygen atoms, of which the number density is 0.0001-0.1. To arrange the graphene to have the number density of defects, the oxygen density of the graphene is 0.3-30 atom%. The graphene thus arranged allows lithium ions to easily transmit therethrough. Therefore, the graphene never interferes with the movement of lithium ions even if using the graphene to coat an electrode or an active material surface and on the other hand, it can suppress the reaction between the electrode or active material and an electrolyte.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
