Disclosed is an apparatus for installing a measuring instrument in a borehole. The apparatus for installing a measuring instrument comprises: a first receiving pipe member having a circular pipe structure; a plurality of first extension members which is coupled to the first receiving pipe member to enable a reciprocating motion in a radial direction of the first receiving pipe member on an outer surface of the first receiving pipe member; and a plurality of first guide members having a rotating wheel which moves in one direction on surfaces of the first extension members.
