The automatic transmission device 61 is disposed in a shielded area 70 delineated by connecting an opening 13, which is provided in the DC/DC converter 9 and in which electromagnetic waves are scattered, and a perimeter of the shielding plate 41 with a straight line L, and by continuously moving the straight line L about the opening 13 and along the perimeter of the shielding plate 41.
