This method measures the amount of dissolved oxygen contained in a liquid sample, and contains the following steps: (1) a step for adding a deoxygenated amino compound to a liquid sample to prepare a predetermined concentration thereof; (2) after step (1), a step for heating the liquid sample containing the deoxygenated amino compound to a temperature of at least 80°C; (3) after step (2), a step for measuring the concentration of the deoxygenated amino compound contained in the liquid sample; and (4) after step (3), a step for comparing the concentration of the deoxygenated amino compound measured in step (3) and the concentration of the deoxygenated amino compound in step (1), and calculating the amount of dissolved oxygen contained in the liquid sample in step (1) from the amount of reacted deoxygenated amino compound. |
