The present invention relates to an immediate-release type oral composition, comprising: an internal capsule containing a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and a proton pump inhibitor (PPI); and an external capsule enclosing the internal capsule and containing an alkaline buffer. The composition of the present invention is configured in a double capsule type, of which an external portion is enclosed by the alkaline buffer, thereby controlling the pH of the intragastric environment to increase solubility of the pH-dependent drug, and can improve solubility and release of the drug by converting the crystalline form of the drug into an amorphous form, and thus the composition of the present invention can be effectively used as an immediate-release type composition which is unaffected by pH.
