METHOD FOR SUPPORTING VLAN BY MEANS OF LINUX SOFT BRIDGE

Disclosed is a method for supporting a VLAN by means of a Linux soft bridge. The method comprises the following steps: creating a network bridge br0 and a VLAN network port in a Linux kernel, and adding a network port and the VLAN network port into the network bridge br0 to form a corresponding network bridge port, wherein the network bridge port is maintained in the form of a VLAN port link list group; configuring the network bridge port of the network bridge br0 and creating or updating a corresponding VLAN port link list; and forwarding data based on the VLAN by means of the network bridge br0. The present invention achieves that a VLAN can be supported by means of a network bridge of a Linux network protocol stack, and layer-2 forwarding based on the VLAN can be implemented on different network ports, which is beneficial to implementing layer-2 VLAN functions of Linux-based network devices on the basis of supporting routing and implementing the flexible configuration of a VLAN network port and a network port in a bridge, and remedying the shortcoming that a VLAN function is not supported by a Linux soft bridge.
