In addition, the touch window according to a second example is a touch window comprising: a substrate including a valid region and an invalid region; and an electrode layer on the substrate, wherein the electrode layer comprises a conductive layer and a protective layer on the conductive layer, and the protective layer includes a metal nitride compound, and at least 1.3 wt% of nitrogen is contained with respect to the total metal nitride compound. Furthermore, the touch window according to a third example comprises a substrate, and an electrode layer arranged on the substrate, wherein the electrode layer comprises a conductive layer and a protective layer arranged on at least one surface of the conductive layer, and the protective layer includes Nb.
