The present invention is to apply a structure in which electric signals unable to transmit data are used and to assure data transmission reliability via a transmission method using the structure. To this end, provided is a physical simplex communication device comprising: an internal network-interlinked system unit for carrying out communications with internal networks; an external network-interlinked system unit for carrying out communications with external networks; a simplex data transmission line having a physical simplex property enabling data to be transmitted in the direction only from the internal network-interlinked system to the external network-interlinked system; a data reception state transmission line, which is a communication line formed between the internal network-interlinked system and the external network-interlinked system for providing the internal network-interlinked system unit with data reception state information generated in the external network-interlinked system unit; and a management unit for generating data reception state information on a data reception state transmitted via the simplex data transmission line, and for notifying the information to the internal network-interlinked system unit via the data reception state transmission line so that error-occurred data can be re-transmitted.
