PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable notification of an operation unsuitable for voice input to a user in an equipment control system that can control the operation of electric equipment by using voice input.SOLUTION: An equipment control method controls the operation of operation target equipment 3 whose operation can be controlled by using plural pieces of input equipment 1, 4. The method receives first operation instruction information representing a first operation instruction content to the operation target equipment 3, recognizes the first operation instruction content represented by the received first operation instruction information, recognizes first input equipment 1 which accepts from a user an operation associated with the first operation instruction content out of the plural pieces of input equipment 1, 4, and presents, to the user, recommended input equipment 4 different from the first input equipment 1 on the basis of history information on the first operation instruction content, the first input equipment 1 and a second operation instruction content represented by second operation instruction information received before the first operation instruction information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
