The decorative layer 1 comprises decorative paper, a resin layer in contact with the decorative paper, and bright substance included in the resin layer. The bright substance comprises (a) bright substance A at least the central part of which is composed of non-translucent substance and (b) bright substance B having the central part composed of translucent substance and a coating layer covering the central part.
