PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method, a measuring apparatus and an eluent for measuring at least one hemoglobin selected from mutant hemoglobin and hemoglobin used as a marker for thalassemia.SOLUTION: There is provided an eluent (eluent L) to be used, in which monohydrogen phosphate-2 alkali metal salt (component 1) and dihydrogen phosphate-1 alkali metal salt (component 2) are contained as components, and the content rate of the component 1 is 0.08 mass% or higher and 0.5 mass% or lower, the content rate of the component 2 is 0.04 mass% or higher and 1.2 mass% or lower, and the ratio of component 2/component 1 is 0.4 or higher and 10 or lower, in high performance liquid chromatography.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
