<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement firing equipment capable of increasing the treatment volume of waste while suppressing the rise of the production cost of cement clinker. <P>SOLUTION: The cement firing equipment 1 includes: a cement kiln 21; a preheater 23 which is attached to the cement kiln and provided with a calcining furnace 22 for preheating and calcining a cement raw material R; and a cooling tower 31 which has air cooling zones 31a, 31b and a water cooling zone 31c for cooling combustion exhaust gas G2 discharged from the cement kiln, and which cools 10-100% of combustion exhaust gas relative to the total volume (G1+G2) of combustion exhaust gas discharged from the cement kiln. Cement clinker can be fired while favorably maintaining the balance of the production cost of cement clinker P and the treatment volume of waste, by adjusting the supply of cement kiln exhaust gas to the preheater provided with the calcining furnace or to the cooling tower according to the treatment volume of waste (combustibles C + contaminants S). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
