According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wire coil cooling device comprises a ventilation operation means providing an air ventilation force and a ventilation guide means connected to the ventilation operation means, controlling an air speed in accordance with a diameter of a wire coil; and having nozzle units to control a ventilation volume by adjusting a degree of opening for an opening unit in order to control air ventilation to slowly or rapidly cool the wire coils. The nozzle unit includes a nozzle body with the opening unit and a rotary vane arranged in a widthwise direction of the opening unit, formed on the nozzle body to rotate, and controlling the degree of opening the opening unit while rotating. The nozzle units are arranged in a wire coil moving direction. The wire coil cooling device is capable of improving rapid performance in accordance with a diameter of a wire coil when cooling the wire coil of a rapid cooling material and performing slow cooling when cooling a wire coil of a slow cooling material by having the nozzle units to control the ventilation volume by adjusting the opening degree of the opening unit in order to prevent air ventilation when slowly cooling and controlling the air speed in accordance with the diameter of the wire coil part and the mask outer part. Accordingly, the mask containing the composite of tea tree, alum, and barley stone is capable of purifying minute dust contained in the air by medicinal actions of the tea tree and alum, and a deodorization function and a harmful substance reducing function of barley stone; thus providing an effect of protecting a respiratory system. |
