The present invention relates to a food packaging pouch, a packaging method using the same, and packaged food and, more specifically, relates to packaged kimchi, using the method. A gas absorbent prevents swelling of the pouch by absorbing carbon dioxide gas produced during distribution of packaged food at optimum efficiency regardless of a loading or display direction of the pouch packaging and regardless of droppage during display; and is possible to automate a manufacturing process of the pouch having the gas absorbent without having to manually input or attach the gas absorbent.
