<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address book management system, an address book management method and an address book management program for utilizing and efficiently managing an individually owned address book. <P>SOLUTION: An address book management server 20 includes an address book management database 23 for managing an address book file of a member. A control part 21 of the address book management server 20 executes cleaning processing for unifying address notations in the case of acquiring an address book from the client terminal of the member or executing the registration processing of the address book by proxy input, and includes the address notations in the address book. Furthermore, a notification setting flag showing whether or not notification is requested when the address of a contact destination is changed is included in each address book management record of the address book file.
